Whether you have your design on a scrap of paper or have a graphic designer on hand, we bring your design to life.

The minimum order is surprisingly low – 12 garments of the same design (however you can mi the sizes).

Should you require pantone matched / specific colour fabrics, then there is a minimum order of between 150 and 250 units.

We try to keep the process as simple as possible, though it is not always easy with this process.

Firstly we need as much information as we can from you, for example, the type of garment (e.g. polo), the fabric required (e.g. cotton, poly/cotton), the fabric weight, the designs and colours, and almost as important, the quantity – along with a few other bits of information.

If you have designs in a graphical format or on a sheet of paper, we can work with these to take your design to the next stage – the proofing. This can go forwards and backwards numerous times until all the finer details are finalised and everyone is happy.

We then start the manufacturing process, which can take between 4 and 12 weeks depending on the quantities and garments required. During this time, we prepare and sample any decoration that is required, e.g. various embroideries for different positions.

As soon as the garments are ready and in our warehouse, we put all the required logos on them, pack them up and then ship them on to your own warehouse.
