Yes, before we embroider or print any of your selected garments our production team will email you a visual proof of how your finished items will look. If you have requested embroidery then we email you an actual picture of your embroidered logo for approval.
Unfortunately not. All samples are chargeable in full, but they can be returned to be used in an order, or a refund if returned within 14 days. Returns after this time will incur a 20% re-stocking fee. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
We will only accept a returns of personalised items if this is due to a faulty product, which we will replace. If you have ordered the wrong items or the sizing is not correct then we cannot accept returns or offer a refund.
