What is the difference between your printing & screen printing option2018-04-14T20:20:27+01:00

Screen printing will be the most cost effective if you require solid colours printing onto 25 + garments. For shorter runs which have full colour artwork then we offer a range of print methods to process your order. These are all charged at the same cost.

As soon as our experienced production team review your order they will use the best method available.

For example if you want 10 t-shirts with just simple text to the front & back then our heat-seal print offers the best finish for doing this sort of design.

The turnaround time of your order will depend on a few factors such as how many garments you require, what type of printing is needed etc.

All orders are process within 3 to 10 working days. For larger volumes of 5,000 + units then we may require 10 to 15 working days. As soon as we receive your order we will confirm an estimate of the delivery date we can achieve.

Do I get a proof of how my finished garment will look2017-05-22T21:39:20+01:00

Yes, before we embroider or print any of your selected garments our production team will email you a visual proof of how your finished items will look.

If you have requested embroidery then we email you an actual picture of your embroidered logo for approval.

Unfortunately not. All samples are chargeable in full, but they can be returned to be used in an order, or a refund if returned within 14 days.

Returns after this time will incur a 20% re-stocking fee.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

We will only accept a returns of personalised items if this is due to a faulty product, which we will replace.

If you have ordered the wrong items or the sizing is not correct then we cannot accept returns or offer a refund.

For embroidery, if you supply us with your company logo then there is a £15 + VAT set up per file. If you use our standard text option then we charge £10.00 + VAT

Screen Printing, this is charged at £20 per colour, if you are printing onto a dark coloured garment then an additional screen is required for the base/flash print.

If your logo can not be provided in the correct format for us to use, then we charge between £10 and £25 to convert the logo into the correct format – usually this is for printing options as we can can use most image formats for embroidery.

We charge a set fee of £6.50 per delivery* to one UK mainland address, regardless of the order size.

If you require a special delivery, e.g. a timed delivery then additional charges will apply.

* If you supply stock for us to decorate, we will charge £6.50 per box instead of per consignment.

We accept payment by all major debit and credit cards (excluding American Express).

We also accept BACS payments.
