Screen Printing
Screen Printing produces vibrant lasting results, with accurate colour reproduction. This process is ideally suited for larger runs of garments as this becomes more cost effective. With this method of printing, we are able to pantone match any colour you require, especially if it is part of your corporate colours.
Screen Printing is where ink is applied directly onto the garment to produce your design. Ink is pushed through a mesh screen which has your design ‘burned’ on it. Each colour uses a different screen.
Minimum Order
The minimum order for screen printing is 25 garments, however we do try to encourage 50 or 100 garments as it is much more cost effective at these quantities.
Lead Time
Our standard leadtime for screen printing is 7-10 working days.
If you have an urgent order, please contact us as we may be able to help.
The Process
We cater from small volumes of 25 garments through to large volumes of thousands of garments.
The process of screen printing involves setting up screens which your design is ‘burned’ into, and the ink is then pushed through these mesh screens onto the garments. A separate screen is required for each colour in your design, and if your design is going onto a coloured garment we put a base white print down to ensure the garment colour doesn’t show through the print.
We will email you a proof of your design so you can check that we have the design correct and colours are correct in accordance with your instructions. When you have approved this we will then put the logo onto your garments.
